We all know that working in Real Estate is not a Monday to Friday job. That's why Console offers Weekend Support!

How it works:

• Simply log your query online via myConsole.
  This will automatically send a notification to our on-call Product Specialist.
  

• Receive a response within an hour of logging your case.

Conditions

• Support will be available via myConsole between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday (AEST)

• All communications will be through myConsole. Phone and email support will not be available on weekends.
  If you reply to a case update via email it will not reach the on-call Product Specialist until normal business hours.

• Any cases created after close of business hours Monday to Friday will be responded to during normal business hours Monday to Friday.

• Cases logged during normal business hours Monday to Friday will be responded to during normal business hours Monday to Friday.

• Complex cases that require phone or mail assistance or the assistance of a Senior Product Specialist will be escalated, and will be responded to during normal business hours Monday to Friday. You will be notified if you case is escalated.

A owner complained a lot of spelling errors after receiving her statement. We also realized that there are too many "i" characters appearing in different words, even in mailing address. I believe these should be caused by Gateway Live's program design.

I would like to suggest your people to correct this, so the statement is able to show the owners with great appearance.
