I've experienced a few problems with the Knowledge Base and wonder if anyone else has had the same issues.

When browsing the KB if I come across an article I want to read, which may be on page 14, I open it up and then when I click on the "<- Back to Knowledge Base articles" link - it takes me back to page 1. So I have to start all over again and if I happened to be well into browsing the articles, it can be pretty frustrating starting all over again.

The other quirky thing that I've noticed is when searching the KB for the word "Forms". There will be 100 results, all of which have the following at the end of the truncated description ...... RealWorks Live! Forms Support ...

Of course when you click on any of them, there is absolutely no reference to RealWorks Live - but it is a rather strange thing that happens.

I've tested this in both IE8 and Mozilla - and the same things happen. Just wondering if anyone else can check if they have the same problems.

Thanks for the feedback regarding the myConsole Knowledge Base.

If you use the back button in your browser instead of using the "Back to Knowledge Base articles" link, it will take you back to the page you were on. However, I will look in to this further to see if we can make the link go back to the page you were previously on.

Have you tried using middle mouse click on the article links to open them in a new tab? This way you can quickly open multiple articles, and when you've finished reading them, you can just close the tabs until you're back at the list.

I've just tried searching for the word "Forms" and I'm not seeing the same results as you have described. Can you please try this again and let me know if you're still seeing the wrong articles?

It looks like the form issue has been fixed - I've attached a screenshot of the results I was getting - just in case anyone is interested.

As for the back button - yes I did try using that - it worked sometimes but not all the time - especially in Mozilla.

Nevertheless - if the problems have been fixed - I'm happy.
