Change of Console Support Hours : Australia
Dear Valued Client,
We know your business is not 9-5 that’s why we have adjusted our hours of operation so that we are available when you need us most. Our new hours of operation for Australian Subscribers are Monday – Thursday 8.00am to 5.30pm and 8.00am to 4.30pm on Friday’s in your local time. On Saturday and Sundays we will continue to offer online support between 8.30am – 5.30pm AEST via myConsole webcases. Kind Regards
