pending payment
hi there
can someone tell me how to delete a pending payment due from a home owner that has been paid but still comes up pending each month on the owners statement Thanks mike: |

Hi Seaside Homes/Mike,
You can delete a pending payment in the payments screen, to access click the Transactions menu and go down to Payments (plural, it's about halfway down). From here you will see a list of all the pending payments in the system. Scroll down and find the one you wish to delete, right click on it and choose delete.
