Hi folks

My name is Chriss (Christine) and I'm new to the forum and to console. Up until a month ago, I was a paralegal doing the required documents for when people bought a unit in a retirement village in Brisbane.

Since then, our sister village is turning from rentals to a sales village and I have been moved to that office to manage the rentals plus our sales.

I've never used Console before but luckily, the old manager is still with us but now doing the village maintenance so we did have a copule of weeks of training but I can still call on him to help me out of the many jams I've gotten myself in to.

I had some 'formal' training last week but unfortunately, as the database has not been used properly previously, we couldnt do much until it is sorted so I'm constantly frustrated at trying to learn the system and trying to 'correct' the system - which is difficult given I'm still learning!!! Ho hum.

So I will no doubt be having MANY questions to ask (one of which I'm going to post up shortly) and look forward to interacting with other members.
