I am new to all of this but having fun and learning lots.
I am just wondering if anyone else is currently using the Direct Debit system in Console? If so, does it work well? I do have a few other questions I am hoping someone can help with: 1) How the "Series" works? 2) How does it work for Monthly tenants? 3) What about invoiced tenants? 4) Can water accounts be paid this way? Well, I've put it all out there now. Thank you in advance to anyone able to help. P.S. Happy Easter

Re: Hi Everyone
Hi Coll,
I notice you havent received a response so I thought I might tell you how I used to use the direct debits in my office. Series: We used series for weekly, fortnightly, monthly payments and each day we would have a series for example. Monday Weekly Tuesday Weekly Wednesday Weekly ... ... Monday Fortnightly Tuesday Fortnightly etc ... 27th Monthly 28th Monthly ... ... So each day the direct debits would depend on the date / day of the week or fortnight Monthly: Hopefully the above has explained this? You need to set the tenants rent amount to a monthly amount and pick the date that they want it to be drawn ie 27th Monthly Invoices: Unfortunately invoices are not direct debited with the Weblink for residential tenants Water: Unfortunately no as invoices can not be direct debited via the Weblink I hope this helps you or others that might be thinking the same thing.
