Hi all,
I need help with mail merge letters in sales. Nothing seems to work and the help section within Console is useless - always crashes. Does anyone have any tips they can give me. I need to create Solicitor (both buyer & seller), Vendor, Purchaser and general 'We have listed' flyers. Thanking everyone in advance.

I'm using Microsoft Word...but even the 2 x Solicitor letters that Judy Kennon-Wray set up aren't working now.
