Has anyone tailored any reports?

We are a commercial property management business and find that the monthly statements are insufficent, causing our managers to manually enter our own monthly summaries that is tailored to each unit owner. Our manual reports shows the income, expenditure for the month, lists the tenants that have upcoming rent reviews, lists the tenants that have upcoming lease expiries, lists the current vacancies, lists the tenants that have arrears.

I know that the information is available but was wondering if anyone has used the "other" reports and tailored it through what console advise is the Crystal Reports and Sql Server?

I would appreciate any assistance people may be able to provide to make us more efficient.

I'm interested in this too. We have storage sheds that I would like to incorporate vacancy rates into as well. Doing a manual count at present and sending an excel file. Any thoughts?

Great question.

I am keen to see any reports you might be drawing up manually at the moment?

Toowoomba City Realty, there is a vacancies report in the Premier Edition of Gateway if you go to Reports, Statistics, Accounts Statistics Report. Although this information may be combined with any Residential Statistics that you have. A way around this would be to have a Property Manager created specifically for Commercial Properties and then filter the Excel report that way.
