Hi all, i have a problem about to choose a payment method to pay for the creditor. for example, we pay monthly to a cleaning company, what i always do is whenever the invoice come, i will select EFT payment from transaction, then manually type their account details to process the payment, after that i will physically transfer the money to the creditor outside of the gateway.

Obviously i am doing wrong as that's not efficent enough and quite silly.Can anyone tell me a better way please? Thank you very much.

As per our discussion earlier, please let me know when you have received you APCA number from St George. Once we have this we will be able to set you up with an EFT file which will make life that little be easier for you.
