HELP - EOM Reporting Information for Property Management -
Q: Would anyone would like to share their thoughts, ideas or start a discussion about the EOM Revenue Reports & Statistical Reports currently from Console?

Q: Which reports do you use from Console after EOM for results in your office?

Q: Do you find these reports always accurate in all areas?

Q: Does anyone use a particular report from Console, in their office which is not known to other Console Users? Maybe this report your office has created in Console for your Office only?

Q: Which information/results/numbers would you like available to you, as an option to report on, after EOM!!!?
List here (let's make it a Report Wishlist) all those reports, statistical info, & or key performance indicators that you wished were available to you, from Console after EOM? All the important numbers/information/results that our principals all want to know!! Information/numbers/results that we as Administrators and PM's would benefit from greatly if available from Console to assess.
All businesses (especially PM, need reports that customised for our industry) we would operate more affectively when we relevant results & numbers tabled in customised reports. These monthly reports can be used at a tool to reviewed, tracked and analysed specific systems in our office!

Gateway currently does have a number of different statistics reports.

Please refer to page 34 on the Disbursements and Monthly Close Manual in the Training Resources section of myConsole.

Our franchise return requires us to provide the following separately for both Residential and Commercial:
Total Properties
Total Tenants
New Managements
Lost Managements
Lettings
Vacant
Total Strata Plans
New Strata Plans
Lost Strata Plans
Management fees ex GST
Let Fees ex GST
Total Fees ex GST

I use a combination of the statistic report and double check by keeping a spreadsheet each month.

Thats a comprehensive list of reports! I agree we need to add these to the wishlist.

Do you provide this all in one report, or are somethings combined and spread across a few different reports?

The more detail we can submit with the Product Request the more likely the reports will be designed correctly.

Gateway Live in the Premier Edition creates a Statistical Report in Excel that populates this information. You can also choose to customise this information per property manager if you wish. I have attached the examples that I have.

If you are interested in the Premier Edition you can look at your options via myConsole. The price difference between Professional and Premier is $20 per user per month.

If your already using Premier edition then this feature is already available to you on Gateway Live! Simply go to Reports, Statistics, Revenue Statistics Graph or Accounts Statistics Graph.

As a Console Partner part of my business is creating custom reports and KPI's for clients using gateway. If your spending too much time preparing all of these statistics please give me a call. I have great, interactive reports with charts and graphs you can use without spending a lot of time preparing. I am also trialing a new app that will convert your data into graphs in seconds.
