Contact management allows for salespeople, property managers and administration team members to easily access critical information about their clients. The ability to scroll through information to find current prospects and match them to current listings can set them apart from their competitors.

Does your business currently use contact management or customer relationship management (CRM) software? Which one? I would love to hear your thoughts on what makes good a contact management software great.
