This is not your usual post about making the place look more attractive - I think that's been done to death, even though it seems not many people go to the bother. I visited a bundle of home opens last weekend and without exception they looked like no-one could be bothered.

So since that one's being ignored, this is a different kind of tip :-)

Would your home opens be more effective if the prospects turning up had already decided to put in an offer, even before seeing the house?

I can't promise that 100% of your prospects will feel this way, but try this out and you'll see that there's a definite proportion that do. And all it costs is a few minutes of your time to read the simple instructions ....
