Statement spelling error
Each time owners received a statement from us, we always got feedback: there were a lot spelling errors in the sheet. We checked through database we input, all are correct. Finally we found it must be Console's system problem. Obviously, we found in each word with a letter "t", it always follows a "i". For example, in the printed statement, "details" becomes "detiails"; "Balance brought forward" becomes "Balance broughti forward". etc. To solve this problem, we would like to ask Console to check with your system and correct it, so it can avoid this error appearing in next statement again.
Thanks. |

Re: Statement spelling error
HI Su
This sounds like a printer driver error as it does not happen in any of my Console databases - try reinstalling your printer driver or printing to another printer.
