Linking tenants to merge letters

Hi,

How do I link all tenants to one merge document at the moment when I merge the letters I am getting a separate letter for each tenant at a property.

It depends on what screen you are getting the information from, I recommend merging from the Tenants screen as it gives you the option to combine contacts.

For some silly reason this option is not included everywhere else as it would be beneficial to be able to combine contacts when sending out routine letters (from inspections screen).

This is a very common request for the program! We are pushing for it to be included in a future release. Hopefully its not too far away, my fingers are crossed for you.
