Support Invoicing tenants for quarterly water usage

Hi all,

There has been a lot of discussion on best ways to approach quarterly bills and payments, which I found very helpful by the way, but I was just wondering how is everyone managing water invoicing to tenants? When all the water rates come in, we first need to separate water compliant and non-water compliant properties, then calculate the excess water usage for non-compliant properties in order to invoice the tenants. This is a very tedious process especially when you have over 600 properties and try to get all this done by EOM. Can anyone share some possible ideas? It would be much appreciated!

Re: Invoicing tenants for quarterly water usage

Hi Claudia

A lot of our clients use sticky notes on the owner/property files to say if the property is compliant.

We do have a feature request in with our Development Team to have the ability to input this information on the files.

I will link you to this request so you will be notified if this feature becomes available in a future update of Gateway
