How to change Tenant Deposit to Rent and collect 1st weeks rent
OK so I have taken a deposit from the tenant for their unit.
Now they have come back with 1 more weeks rent and bond. How do I turn the tenants deposit into Rent and what order do I do ? BOND DEPOSIT -> RENT RENT ?? Davina |

Hi Davina
To transfer a tenants deposit to rent you simply need to right click on the tenant and select transfer deposit. Gateway will then ask where you want to transfer the deposit to - bond or rent. You would select rent and OK. You would then proceed with receipting the extra rent and bond as usual. Please let me know if you require any further assistance.
