so on the 20a we have to put 5% rent collection plus gst and other % (eg. 4%) as management fee gst inclusive. how do we set up in console the two different amounts. isnt console set up and charges gst on the whole amount. sorry if this sounds a silly question

Re: gst and no gst
Hi Rental Chick,
Its not a silly question at all. What I would recommend is you add both fees from your 20a together and then have the exclusive amount set up in the Property File. Then make sure there is a tick in GST on fees in the Owners File (next to the sundry fee). I hope this helps!
