Can anyone answer the question below:

Does Sundry Fee collect for a whole month or calculate it daily in case of a new tenant starts renting from mid of month?

A sundry fee will be charged each time you individually disburse an owner or if the sundry fee option is selected when runnung the disbursement wizard.
It does not calculate a part amount.

But a owner asked why the sundry fee was fully collected as the new tenant moved in the unit at some day of mid of the month. I need to explain this to the owner.

Sundry fees have nothing to do with when a tenant moves in. Best to speak to your boss if you are unsure

explain the sundry fee is a cost which covers fees for for banking, bpay, postage costs & other sundries.. these take place when a disbursement is done thus it has nothing to do with the period of time be it one day or one month.
